Roles and responsibilities

Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users’ requirements.
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the IT Systems to ensure continuity of work improvement.
Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
Connect users to networks and provide initial training in facilities and applications.
Administer e-mail and anti-virus systems.
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
Install and configure wireless networking equipment.
Support the day-to-day operations of a computer network.
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time, responding within agreed time limits to support tickets.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, communications or computer engineering, or similar.
From 1 to 3 year of experience in the same role.
Good knowledge of CCNA, MCSA.
Good command of Linux administration.
Good command of Apache webserver, docker, docker compose.
Familiarity with OpenSource techonologies and ecosystem.
Can install any self hosted system on a cloud hosted environment according to the platform requirements and business needs.
Hands on experience with Cloud Ops (Azure, and Azure Active directory).
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server and vSphere.
Good command of the English Language
Good communication skills
Intermediate analytical thinking
Fluent business English is a must.
